To solve their pain points we integrated a suite of technology to help assist them in the campaign implementation and deployment. Once an organization partnered with NAYBA to host an impact audit in their city, we were able to give them each a customized MarTech solution to run their NIA. Each participating location was able to leverage our marketing automation platform as a central intake point for managing all their data, contacts and external communications to prospective and active survey participants. In addition, we were able to integrate our marketing automation solution with a survey platform in order to deploy and collect survey results and track responses in real-time. Once the survey was complete we then designed a custom booklet utilizing the aggregated data to visually present the information to key community and civic leaders. By utilizing MarTech integration and marketing automation, NAYBA was able to easily scale and automate their efforts to communicate and collect surveys from participating locations and participants from around the world. Some campaigns have even included the integration of multiple languages to make the survey more accessible to their key demographics.
