As of January 1st, 2023, VSG Marketing will be formally known as A Spindustry Company, adding decades of expertise and a robust suite of technology services to their already impressive roster.
As a Marketing Technology Agency, VSG specializes in the strategic consulting, curation and development of martech. Spindustry brings with them 25 years or experience in marketing strategy, custom developed e-commerce websites, along with Sharepoint development and training.
Both companies are thrilled to add to their tech capabilities while continuing to provide excellence in consulting, creative, digital marketing and revenue growth strategies for their clients.
This is an exciting time for VSG Marketing. After 20 years of serving the Tacoma community and our clients at a national & international level, VSG is entering into a new chapter as part of the Spindustry Systems Family.
VSG is positioned to be stronger than ever as we are retaining our amazing team and will continue to offer the same core marketing solutions while adding the significant ‘horsepower’ provided by Spindustry. This acquisition is a win-win for everyone involved! Our commitment to our staff, clients, partners and community are all values that are shared with the new ownership group. In this acquisition, all of VSG’s existing team members will remain in their roles and are not only excited about this new opportunity, but are laser-focused on bringing even more value to VSG and Spindustry client partners.
Founder, Doug Burton, will be transitioning to a Senior Consultant role for the organization.
Alex Devine, current Vice President and 2022 40 Under 40 Honoree, will ascend to President of VSG Marketing, leading the charge into a bright future for all parties.
