We were able to rebuild their online presence with a focus on building out customer journeys with key milestones throughout the website to convert prospects into customers. In addition to conversion strategy, we prioritized usability and responsiveness to ensure users could easily navigate and find the information they needed. OSC’s goal is to educate and empower their client with all strategic options, so it was important that information was displayed in clear and concise ways. We did this by streamlining their content and integrating functionalities such as custom blog feeds per service line, staff bio pop-ups, on-scroll reveals, and a custom event plugin.
