With the J Squared logo we kept it clean and modular, which reflects the approach they are taking with their upgraded properties throughout Tacoma. The bespoke spaces can be catered to different companies and their needs. Similarly, the logo can be broken apart to fit its necessary application, but it can also be filled with a variety of images, textures and color depending on the environment, season or campaign. The primary mark features a collage of texture and image that reflects the creativity, diversity and grit that the city of Tacoma has come to be known for. We carried this collage motif throughout their marketing collateral and their website.
With their online presence, we needed to capture the essence of their vision and the buildings they own and manage, all while being user-friendly for their internal team. Another huge focus for their website was to prospect to potential tenants and brokers looking for properties for their clients. This website was created to visually showcase their properties while providing key benefits and tenant amenities. We built them a solid framework and infrastructure that could easily grow and evolve along with their business. Since the launch of their brand and website, we continue to partner with J2 to help them with key lead generation initiatives and marketing efforts.
